Why does mw3 on the pc freeze whenever i quit of change settings, then i have to close it with task manager read details below.

and even if i play, it takes really long to load and plays on low fps

What are your pc specs? You need to upgrade graphic card, cpu, power supply and motherboard. You need a good gaming pc to play this game.

Ati radeon 6670, nvidia nforce 630a, amd fx 4100, 8 gb ram, 1tb hdd

Your MW3 game is freezing probably because you don't have the latest drivers installed in your PC. I suggest you visit www.nvidia.com and download the most recent drivers that you will require to play the game without any more hitches.
