Is it possible to get into a state college with a few ds but a pretty good background?

Eagle scout,very involved in a church group, writes deep music with guitar(don't know if it matters), gone on multipul mission trips with my church went to one of the top 20 schools in the uswhat else would I need to do?

Contact the school(s) you are interested in and speak to some one in the admissions department. They can help you. Some schools may have special programs.
