Time is a structure of consciousness and insofar as you are conscious of the past while thinking in the present, the past IS present. Same for the future: you are always projecting toward your possibilities and insofar as you are looking toward the future, the future exists as an object for consciousness now.
Sort of like this: I AM hungry! Yesterday I had a turkey sandwich(past). Perhaps later today I will have a turkey sandwich ( future). Insofar as you can think about past and future, they are present for consciousness right now.
However the past and future are objects of thought, whereas the act of thinking is a process not an object. So if you mean, can I exist in the past the way I exist now, then no- because "past" just is an object for consciousness. When it was happening it was not the past but the "now." the "now" is never an object of consciousness but just is consciousness itself at any given moment.
The theory of relativity and before that Kant's theory of how human thought is structured through certain categories- like time- give us interesting views of the past. Time does not exist outside our experience of it- time is one way humans shape experience.
Yes we can, I am not kidding, give me as many thumbs down as u want, it was on the news that NASA sent a astronaut into orbit around earth, he was traveling faster than 11 thousand miles per hour, he spent about a year, I forget how long, and when he came down, NASA said that he was 4 seconds younger
