You can make theromoplastic elastomers by any of the process of extrusuin, injection molding, compression molding, blow molding, thermoforming or heat welding. The most common and most economical method is injection molding. Thermoplastic elastomers are also called thermoplastic rubbers and are used in a variety of applications like catheters and automotive bushings.
