Why is my tattoo fading?

well i got red bumps all around my new tat. so i stop putting anything on it & the bumps are going away, but my tattoo is fading and it looks likes its gonna peel off. what should i do?

Yes, keep it moist. If its in a place that comes in contact with anything regularly keep it bandaged for a while and let it get air when you can.

Keep it moist and out of the sun. Put ointment on it and let it heal
