What are some good pets to have? (details below)

well recently my mom had a baby a month ago, but the baby is a pre-mature. what are good pets to get? And how to convince parents to get one?

The last thing your mom needs right now is a new pet. She has her hands full with the new baby.

Dogs may be ideal since they are known to be naturally adaptive with babies. The dogs however, should not be left to come too close to the baby. Make sure you have never experienced dog allergies in your family before you bring a dog near the prematurely born baby. Well since the sensitive child is say a small 1. And the smallest and best would have to b Guinea Pigs I used to have 4 at a time they're soooooo cute and sweat and an ideal size for u ;)
