?? I guess you can add what ever adjective you want in front of racism. The important thing to remember is that if it doesn't involve a belief of inherent superiority of a particular race, racial prejudice or discrimination then it isn't racist. Some one can make a generalization or talk about a stereotype sometimes even make what they "perceive" to be a joke and it gets an unwarranted R card. The more we as a society throw around the word racism the more focus is brought onto race. I hope I did not offend. I'm an equal opportunity annoyer and love all my fellow Homo Sapiens but for gods sake don't be as ignorant as a racist is by calling something racist when it isn't.
There is the covert racism, self-Righteous racism, Internalized racism, blatant racism, and blatant racism. The discrimination against color is mostly seen in Britain and England. Many countries however, term racism as illegal.
