How do you lose fat fast?

I'm going to a hot tub party and I would like to look good in a bathing suit. Any pointers? The party is in a week. I NEED HELP!!

First, you need to know that realistically, you should only lose 2 pounds a week with a healthy program. Second, from what I've heard, men love women. Period. Some like thin, some like curvy. Some like tan, others like pale. Be yourself.

Crash dieting is okay if it is ONLY for a week. Just know your limits because I did that and now I have an eating disorder. (the only reason why I am promotin a crash diet is because my friends did that for prom and stuff, but they stopped and know their limits, so of you are a person who likes to stick to rituals, don't do it!)

Fasting for a week won't hurt you--liquid diet--don't make a habit out of this.
