Depends on your age and your current vision. If your vision is already 20/20 your chances of improving aren't very good. If your vision is not so good, there are two surgical options. If you are young, you can have laser surgery to correct the curvature of the surface of your eye, provided astigmatism isn't a problem. If you are older (60 or over) you may consider cataract surgery which will remove the lens and replace it with an implanted lens. Most insurances will pay for the second type of surgery if you already have the beginning of cataracts. And don't let the surgeon talk you into the fancy lenses. The ones your insurance pays for work great.
