how do i keep an aol icon on desk top?

If you have AOL on your computer but no longer have the icon on your desktop, you can still get a copy of the icon for your desktop. Go to the folder that has the original program and right-click on the program. Select 'send shortcut to desktop' and you will find that there is now an icon on your desktop.
