Read this article for a little insight into this growing problem. The hardest part is that these "bath salts" are not illegal everywhere and not that expensive. They compare the addiction to Meth. I would suggest getting them into rehab if possible. You need to be careful around them because they can be dangerous. You won't be able to get through to them by yourself. They are addicts and need help from a professional.

That's the problem he refuses to believe that he has a problem, he truely believes that all the hullcinations are reall!! He actually baraccaded himself in a room swearing that police were surrounding the house! We constantly get into arguments and fights over his "visions" and I (the sober one) have been getting physically violent towards him. Trying every angle I can to tell him I'm serious about him not doing them. He just thinks I have a bad attitude. Its impossible for me to kick him out right now because he won't leave, and calling the cops just is not an option ( at least until he gets physically violent back) and many of the people he us friends with r doing the drug too so he has them to tell him I'm the paranoid one that the stuf is not affecting him like that! I need some real help and alot of really scary stories to tell him and hope that he listens and believes ! I appreciate ur help. Let's all work to get this stuff banned world wide!!

Sounds like you realize you need to get away from him. Do you have family who can help you get him out? If he isn't on the lease or mortgage you can call the police to get him out. Just being addicted to this drug is enough to get the police involved. Don't wait until he gets violent. Good luck and I wish you the best.

If u have not heard about this horrific drug yet u should consider urself lucky.. It's a synthetic, perfectly legal (still) is many states drug , that causes the user to have hallucinations and delusions,PARANOIA, panic attacks even violent tendencies.. It's no joke at all. My boyfriend is on them and no matter how hard I try to get him to understand the true fact of this drug he constantly makes excuses as to y its not the bath salts doing it.. Please do some research ad help me spread the word that this drug is very bad for the user and even worse for the loves ones surrounding them!!
