You can but it's pointless you wont get an accurate result. Even for the earlist pregnacy test you have to wait at least a week. If your scared your pregnet the day after having sex you can go to a pharmacy and get the day after pill. Called plan B It washes everything out from your system and makes you get your period early so you don't become pregnet. And you can take it up to 3 days after having sex. The earlier you take it the better of a chance of not being pregnet. If you are trying to get pregnant and can't wait to see the results you just have to be patient at least a week.

The safest period to take a pregnancy test is after 12-14 days of having sex. This is depends on the type of pregnancy test you plan to take as well as your ovulation time. Taking a pregnancy test too early can show negative results of pregnancy, but this also depends on the test. There are those tests with high sensitive levels which can detect pregnancy as early as five days after having sex.
There is nothing wrong with doing so, but I highly doubt that you will get an accurate reading, I.e., even if you are pregnant, the test would very likely say you were not. Read the directions on the test kit.
The test will not work that soon- it takes at least six days, BEFORE- your missed period- Or you could go into the doctors, have them draw your blood and you would be able too tell with in three days after you performed your love making
