Is the Nike Fuel Band+ any good? Or is it a piece of crap?

I've been looking at a bunch of reviews for the Fuelband+ and a lot of the reviews say it's absolutely horrible, but I'm slow to believe because I want to like it. Anybody think they could give me any personal experience?

In my opinion, the Nike fuel band is very good and efficient. The wristband inspires you to get active by recording your activities and converting them into a new fitness currency. This is because it tracks your day-to-day activity measuring them through a new medium called nikefuel.

How's the quality of it? Does it seem like it's gonna fall apart at any moment, or does it seem well made?
