what diseases can a smoker get smokeing

Report as

In addition to lung cancer, COPD, heart disease, you can also get terrible gum disease and have your teeth fall out, peripheral vascular disease, impotence in men and vaginal dryness in women, diabetes, and good old bad breath (halitosis). Plus, it is incredibly expensive, so you can get poverty. Some companies will not hire smokers, so you can also end up having a hard time becoming employed. Don't start.

People that smoke are at the risk of contracting lung cancer. Carcinogens like tar present in Tobacco, are known to cause cancer in the lungs, throat, gullet and mouth. A smoker can also contract cardiovascular diseases and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.

Emphysema. The lungs harden & oxygen can no longer get into your body efficiently. You struggle to breathe, even with the use of an oxygen tank. (Stroke, too) Horrible.
