Should I still wear tampons if my flow is never heavy enough for any thing other than light ones?

I ALWAYS have to wear lights. what should I do?

Sure, it's fine to use lights if that's all you need. Do take the caution about Toxic Shock seriously and don't leave the tampon in longer than it's needed. And when your flow is really light, like at the very end, it'd be just as well to use just a panty liner.

Hi. You should always use the least size needed, if not it could cause irritation possibly Toxic Shock Syndrome.
Its always best to ask your doctors
though. :)

Haha.. You can if you want it's just your personal preference whether to wear tampons or pads but i think you should just continue to use light tampons.

Sure, if that's what you want to do. That's why they make lights.
