Eat an orange BEFOR every meal. The citrus acid breaks down the fat. Eat 2 if you can. And drink only water through out the day. I have lost up to 40 lbs in a month by doing this. Grapefruit also works but I don't like it!
Change your eating habits and life style. Do daily jogging, swimming, aerobics, Eat low fats foods, less oil fats sugar and spices. No alcohol increase fibrous foods, and green vegetables, fruits, juices without sugar. Less amount of soda and cold drinks.
