How come some answers to questions aren't there anymore? It's not like they've been removed, I just don't see them anymore!

I asked this question the other day, but a mod never answered. You used to be able to see who's answers were removed. They were in the "naughty box" at the bottom. Now they're just not there anymore, they're in limbo I guess.

Green, thanks kuu! But the thing is, they weren't any answers that should have been removed. I've also been experiencing this with posting my own answers and comments. It's like I'll have to refresh and repost a thousand times...

The only reason an answer wouldn't be attached to a question anymore is because it was removed.

That's not it though. I go to the question, and the answers are there. Then I'll go back to it later, and some of the answers are gone. Not removed, but not there.

If they're not there anymore they've been removed. ASK no longer shows the little window at the bottom telling you that answers have been removed. They just disappear.
