I have a small hole under my beast and my doctor app ain't tell thursday what should i do tell then

I got the same thing on each side of my breasts, and I didn't have no surgery or anything. I think it's just because we all have different breastbones. The different breastbones might be causing those holes to be there.
I would go to the doctors just in case it's nothing serious.

Did you recently have a procedure causing a hole? I would suggest cleaning it and keeping it covered with a band aid or sterile gauze. If hole gets bigger go to an after hours clinic or ER.

I think you should just gather courage, be strong and try to follow what the doctor tells you. If the area was infected, there is a possibility that you won't get stitches. Doctors don't stitch any infected tissue.
