Is burning 400 calories in one gym visit good?
i do 3 miles on the elliptical in about 25 minutes.
It is good to burn 400 calories in one gym visit although the ideal amount is 500 calories. However, you need to be committed and schedule ample time. You can also do other exercises such as jogging and acrobatics.
Cardio is not the end all be all. Lifting weights and building some real muscle will help you a lot. Muscles incinerate calories even when your not doing anything.
Better than burning no calories. Good for you!
