Can i get a refund for ripped jeans

depends how they ripped, but if the rip down the seams then yes.. due to the fact that they were probably defective.

You can only if the jeans were not originally ripped ( like pre ripped jeans) if you have the recipt for the idiom then you are fine it also depends on the store...

You can be given a refund depending with the shop where you bought it from. There are some shops that do not give refunds and will ask you to get another item, or the same item with the same brand.

If you purchased the jeans like that, then yeah I would take them back with the receipt. You should read the receipt to see about their store policy or call the store.
