How can you use the remaining balance of ultimate game cards, details inside.

I bought 4 -$10 cards last year for me and a friend. We both have around $4 left out of both of the cards playing runescape. How do we use the remaining balance?? and is it possible to use that and pay the rest with paypal? It for another month subscription to runescape

EDIT- I have the credits now, but is there a way I can pay the rest with my paypal account??

To use the remaining balance go to alaplaya login and click paybycash then click 10$ (the usual). Sign in with your email and click the Ultimate game card options. See more guides in the website, http://en.alaplaya.net/forum/support-f66/pay-by-cash-ugc-remaining-balance-guide--t194700.html.

Doesn't answer my question. I edited it about 5 minutes ago. I just need to know if I can incorporate paypal with the remaining balance.
