Find the qualities around you. Look at everyone around you and find something to like about them. Look at some of the qualities of this person, what make him admirable and what attach you to him. Pay attention to your best qualities: funny, good-listener, kind-heart, outgoing, relax or whatever and put those out there and smile:) Just let your inner being shine, believe me it's wonderful.
