Does anyone know of a 24 hour laundromat in Philadelphia, PA?

A 24 hour laundromat in Philadelphia is usually cheaper than the Spin Cycle. However, am not quite certain that this location is under a 24 hour operational schedule since it is said it usually closes at 9pm. They actually do not accept cash so you have to get a cash-back from the nearby 24 hour CVS.
