Does a necklace look good with a collared shirt, or would it be too much?

I have a really cute sleeveless shirt. It's red, and it has a white collar. I love the way collars add a little flair around the neckline, so I don't usually wear a necklace with collared shirts, but this one has a pretty wide open V neckline. Necklace, or no necklace?

Yes necklace either one which fits inside v-neck and can be seen or long enough to go outside and past the v-neck.

Necklace would look good if has a wide neckline.
