What are some good vegetarian foods/meals if you think you're sensitive to gluten?

For a vegetarian, some vegetables without gluten are spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, vegetarian pizza, brown rice, elbow macaroni, cornflakes and many of the available gluten-free grains in the stores. You can also eat foods like eggs, milk or yoghurt. Beans and peas are also good.

Thanks! I went a week without meat recently and I don't think I'll be going full veg anytime soon but I do want to cut down. I tried some of the gluten based 'meats' though and I don't know that they really agreed with me. I just wish there was more stuff like falafel. That stuff's good.
