One way you can relief a stiff neck is by stretching your neck by bringing your ear to your shoulder. You also can try a little light massage on your neck muscles. Chances are you have a stiff neck because of the way you were sleeping. Some symptoms may signal that the problem is more serious than just a stiff neck and you should see your doctor.
You can slowly stretch the back muscles, apply heat or ice-whatever works better for you, walk to keep the lubrication in your back moving and/or put pillows under your legs while laying down to keep the pressure off your lower back. Feel better soon!
