How can I stop people from using my name I made people are try to use it I came up with it first

The best way to stop people from using a name that you came up with is to patent or right protect it. This is the only way you can restrict it to only those who you have given authority to use it too. There are no legal rules that will stop them just because they know it's yours by word of mouth.

If this is a domain name, yes, you have to be first to register it. Oh, and you can't patent a name.

Go through an attorney and get it patented
