My wireless capability key isn't working on my windows 7 comaq laptop. Therefore, I can't connect to the wifi. How can I fix this?

I have an Apple so this has never happened, so I may not be able to help you much. But I would try removing the CD/DVD tray (usually there is a button to pop it out) and blowing air rapidly into the space. This helps remove dust or particles that may be disturbing the circuit board. Again, sorry if this doesn't help but the last time I had an issue this is what worked for me, I was up and running on Duck Hunt in no time.

umm that out the hard drive if that doesn't work pee on the master board

Fix it by not buying Compaq computers or laptops. They are truly pieces of garbage
