Why can't I download google chrome?

I had to uninstall Google Chrome from my computer and now when I try to download it again it won't let me. I keep getting an error message that says it didn't download and the code is 0x800706ba. I turned off the firewall on my computer to see if that would help but it didn't. Can someone help me? Thanks.
