Why does a guy is too shy to answer my questions?

Everytime when I ask a guy some questions, he always start smiling and laughing. It hurts my feelings because it seems like I am the dumb one who ask him the questions. When I see females or people ask him questions, he don't laugh or smile, he answer them. When it comes to me, he wants to start laughing at me and start smiling at me, so he can see how I react. When he sees a sad face on me, he stops and stares at me.

if he likes me, then why would he smile and start laughing? He always blushing when I talk or ask him questions. I can't even tell because one minute he likes me and then the next he don't. Which one is it?

^ i agree he probally likes you very much and tries to laugh at what you say to make you seem funny and when he stares at you he probally thinking that he fudged up

He don't like me, so I will go for what he says. He have not told me that, but he told other people he don't like me.

If so he is just proabally shy and telling people that to get them of his back
