My 3 week old puppy isn't walking or really moving like her brothers and sister kind of like shes weak how do i help her

If it is weak, because of feeding problems, you need to give it some puppy formula, but if it's weak due to other defects, you need to take it to a vet, because it may be suffering from some birth defect. Consult your Vet as soon as possible.

I was going to list a number of things to do and observe, but birth defects of the digestive system are just too common, especially in specialty breeds.
