There is no particular thing you can do to be okay, though you engage is some activities that can alleviate the impact. You can pray about the issue, listen to music, talk to a friend, tend the trees or flowers or do some crossword puzzle. Zhouyan, a couple of weeks ago you were starting your new life and hoping for an easy transition. My advice is don't try so hard to move on so quickly. Take time to grieve. Go to church, visit friends, make new friends. Whatever you do don't just sit at home. You are in my prayers. :)
