Physical capital is the collection of the tangible items that are used for actual production of the good or service provided by a company. It includes the inventory sitting in stockrooms or warehouses as well as fixed structures like office buildings, shopping malls, or factories. Another good example of physical capital is a van used by a cleaning company.
