You can retrieve it by logging into your AIM account from another computer; if the list doesn't appear go back to your computer and click Start then in the Search box type .blt and press Enter. If the file is found rename the file by right clicking the file; click rename and then add an ".old" at then end; then press Enter. Try opening AIM again.
