Does anyone know where I can get a video of what a head-on collision of the iceberg titanic hit, and what it would have looked like.

also what it would have happened to the ship

Nowhere. There certainly wouldn't be any actual video or film footage from the incident itself, however even assuming that you were looking for reenactment or computer generated images - the titanic didn't hit the iceberg head-on - it hit the side of the ship.

There is no video of the head-on collision of the iceberg titanic hit, as there were not even documentaries of the titanic itself. However, you can check out how the movies have documented the collision on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TAX0bgWIps and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCJ7ipP2Bvs.
