listen to some good music, pray if your a christian or believe in a God, hang out with happy people, count your blessings, watch a tv show about conquring evil, watch this video below http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V55Zq5whVCI always remember everyday is a new day to start fresh. getting excersise is a proven way to make anger or sadness go away.
Well to not be depressed you first have to find out what is making you depressed. If you found that out than think about how to can change it to make you feel less depressed. If you didnt than talk to your doctor about it and see if you can get on some kind of medicine to make you feel less depressed. And you should also find a new hobbiess totally different than what was making you depressed. Like a sport or an art. And if you take your medicine and you do what the doctor says and you find a new hobbie and you make more friends and you want to get better you will get better in no time ! And also listen to SNICKER_LUVER: he had a good anser too.
a few suggestions: find someone you can talk to. tell them your issues, listen to theirs. letting it out is helpful. also hearin that your not alone(with problems) is good. write it out, like a journal. it can help you feel better too. watch some comedy. I like stand up cause they talk about everyday problems, and then make it all funny. smile more. why, cause when people smile back it always puts me in a better mood. hope some of this helps. :)
