What are some questions I should ask my doctor

What are some good questions to ask my family doctor.Thank you so much for your help.

You should ask him anything you are curious about.
make a list so you don't get nervous and forget.

Question you ask a doctor depends on where you are sick. Some of these questions are how bad is my illness? What treatment do you recommend and why? What are the side effects of the treatment? Tell me more about my illness and can I get over the counter medication instead?
