The best way in which you can communicate with people even when you are mute is by writing. The name and costumes you choose can also speak of your personality.

I'm a girl and I also play modern warfare. I find it helps to show yourself with your gamer tag and by what pictures you choose to use. You can also always sent messages.

If it was me I would see about compiling some choice short phrases or words. You could even have fun with it ( I.E.: a drill sergeant "to the left to the left" or an insult from a character of your choosing). Then I would look into ways of making the recordings foot operated (depending on devices you have or can get). Also there are some different sound board apps. I wish I could be more help.
