Could Kikyo create her own Shikon Jewel?

Kikyo didn't have the power to create her own Shikon jewel. However, she had the power and ability to break seals, barriers, and spells in addition to detecting fragments of the Shikon Jewel in any place they were.

No. She was very powerful but not that powerful. If she could do that maybe the series would be longer.
