Where do i go to enable my cookies on my pc

i have a dell

Open an internet browser, which is any site, and click tools, internet options, and all the way to the right there is a advanced tab, click it then click restore defaults. That should do it. If not, just go down that list and find the enable cookies box and check it. Good Luck :)
