If the kidney stone is in the tube and i am not able to excrete urine then is it a case of swelling

I would recommend that you first consult with a doctor who will examine you, and determine what the exact problem is. Kidney stones have numerous causes and can involve any part of your urinary tract from your kidneys to your bladder.
