You are feeling tired because you are not getting enough sleep. Teens need 9-10 hours of sleep every night. Your brain is busy establishing new connections (synapses), and carrying out other functions that help it grow into an adult brain, and it needs a long period of time without the constant work it does every day just carrying out it's daily work to take care of you.
Your body is going full-tilt right now, hormones are raging, new bone is forming, and your body gets tired from the hard work it's doing to bring you to adulthood, and it needs ample rest every day.
The things that are happening in your body, and especially your brain, will continue until the age of 21 or so. This is the reason it's so bad for teens to put chemicals (drugs) into their bodies--their bodies are full of growth chemicals right now, and introducing foreign chemicals can have a permanent effect, especially on the developing brain. I know you didn't ask about drugs, I just wanted to mention it in case another teen that reads this might need to hear that information.
you could have a problem sleeping-like sleep apnea. you actually wake up many times during your sleep cycle which makes you tired when you wake up. try telling a doctor your symptoms and see if you cn have a sleep study done.
