On my Acer monitor for my desk computer, how do I darken the lines

You can adjust the RGB settings that are on your monitor by pressing the Menu button on the monitor twice, and then highlighting the Color option on the the onscreen menu with the left and right arrow buttons. You can find out more information here http://support.acer.com/us/en/default.aspx.
