Is there any possible way I can get a 3ds for around $30?

I only have $30 but I can save $10 or $20 extra

I don't think it is possible because the cheapest 3d's you can get costs $100. Nintendo tries to sell them at a cheaper price from $124 to $180. I would advise you to save up, so you can get it.
