It is not right for a teacher to tell the student to shut up in a hateful way especially when the student is talking to another teacher. A teacher is not supposed to address a student in such a manner. You can report the teacher to the superiors concerned with dealing with such behavior.

Teachers are only human and have bad days/moments just like the rest of us. It doesn't sound right though. Instead of reporting/telling on them I would just confront them face to face like adults. Ask " what was up with that the other day?" tell them they seemed a little out of line the way they spoke to you and that you show them respect and would appreciate the same in return.

No. You were in a conversation with another teacher, not them. That is rude and disrespectful. (I would complain/report them to the Principal.)
