Help! My 4 month old female yorkie won't stop barking!

I've had Stella for about a month and she was very loving and hardly barked at all when I first got her. Now she barks suddenly and won't stop for anything! It doesn't seem like anything triggers it and nothing has changed at home. I have tried playing with her, feeding her, taking her to potty, loving on her, everything, and nothing works! It's worrying me and driving me crazy as well! What should I do?

some dogs bark a lot, and are considered barkey give the dog untill 8 months, and then try yelling no! when it barks, or no barking, try a bark collar, and let it bark its head off while youre not home. we have a dog, it barks at cat fights and babies.

Children whine a lot when they are small. When your child cries make sure she is not hungry or wet. Babies also cry when they are sleepy. Lastly your baby might be crying because of a medical problem. It's advisable to check with a doctor.

Call an animal behaviorist -- in reference to the shock collars -- I accidentally shocked myself before putting it on my dog and it hurt like HEL+. The horrifying thing is that the shock collar strength went from 1-10 and when I shocked myself the power was on ONE and I felt it for up to a half hour after the shock. If you choose to use a shock collar for your dog--- try to shock yourself before putting it on the dog so you know what it feels like

Give her a big walk. My dogs do this unless I walk them. I am against shock collars especially on small dogs.

no shock collars! just get her really tired! and you'll be happy. with her being tired is less barking. or tell her a firm no. or when she barks put her isolated in a room.

She might miss being with her mom, and litter-mates. Try to get one of her litter-mates, or, with her mom's ouner, organize several visits so she can be know you won't hurt her.
