march and april no period this month i bled for 3 weeks my belly is sticking out and the veins in belly and boobs are really noticeable

can i be pregnant..in the 2 months i didnt have a period my nipples were sore i couldnt eat cause it hurt my stomach or made me sick

In my view, if you are pregnant, then it is not normal to bleed for 3 weeks but you can have some spotting. The fact that you did not have your periods for 2 months may be because of hormonal changes. The best thing to do is to consult a doctor for a proper examination. You should be given a diagnosis and advised on the best course of action to take.
