Being a computer institute, I'm sure they have a website. Do a search to find it, if you don't already have it. There is probably a link on the site for human resources. There is probably a listing of the faculty and their expertise. Contact the faculty member in the area of your interest. Ask about job potential, paid internships and anything that might be beneficial, before applying to human resources. If you can make a connection with the faculty, you will have a valuable ally on the inside. Sometimes, it's not WHAT you know, but WHO you know, that gets you the job. Good luck! (luck is where preparation meets opportunity)
The only way to get the job is through application. Check on the different computer institutes and narrow down those you are interested in. Send applications with your CV and also check on other available opportunities to apply for. This will give you a chance to be hired in one of the institutes.
