Just lay in the sun and think. Do kirigami, so easy and fun. work out. Meditate. Get a pen pal. Sew. Make a collage from magazines. Garden. But whatever you do DONT EAT! Well I mean, eat, but only when your actually hungry, not just because you're bored. That's how people get fat.
When you are bored it is best if you engaged in something that you like doing. It could be shopping, visiting friends, traveling, driving, watching a movie or painting. You can also cook, go to the gym, take a walk or browse the internet.
