What are some good workouts to even out abs

i looked all over youtube and i had no luck

The best work out to even out your abs is to try and get in 4 good cardio sessions per week. It doesn't matter what type it is. Crunches with heel push. This exercise is just like the Crunches with vertical legs except that as you crunch up you also slightly lift your hips off the ground. Side Crunches, (: turn your legs to one side and start crunching do the same amount on each side ! [do about 400 crunches a day]

Just stick with the typical and effective work out; 100 sit ups when you wake up and a 100 sit ups before you go to bed. Works.

Lay flat on your back with your legs in the air. Slowly move them down together and right before they touch the ground, lift them slowly back up. Do this several times.

Do crunches, sit ups, or on you tube look up beach body insanity abb ripper. That should help. :)

wall sits sit ups crunches keep back flat on ground and have legs in air and put legs down as far as you can with out lower back leaving the floor hope i helped btw u have nice body in ur pic ;D

i do zumba & that's how i got my abs & yes im a chick. lol ;)
but you could do what everyone else is saying 2 but with all that u would be sore.
